As learners spend most of their time at school, teachers should be fully aware of their own roles; not only in the traditional teaching and learning process, but more and more to support the learner holistically, to empower them, to enhance their life opportunities and to obtain the means to participate more fully in the community. Education is an important vehicle through which all children can become citizenry that are well educated.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you of the holistic role teachers need to support learners, for them to do that they need to be compassionate, lovers, tolerant, patient etc. it not they will not be able walk the journey of education with these children considering the fact that many of there children have various challenges.
